THE QUESTION

Readers should be able to reuse and inspect historical relationship data without reverse-engineering a graphic.

RESEARCH NOTES / OPENING EDITIONNOT AN EXHAUSTIVE SURVEY
09.01 / RESEARCH FRAME

A small, explicit release

The first graph dataset contains five nodes and five evidenced edges. It has stable entity and edge IDs, relation types, named sources and editorial qualifiers. It is a demonstration, not an exhaustive ontology.

09.02 / RESEARCH FRAME

Provenance as data

W3C’s PROV work provides a useful conceptual model for recording entities, sources, actors and revisions. Our starter JSON borrows the emphasis on traceability but is not presented as PROV-compliant RDF.

Licenses and source rights

We make our own descriptions available for editorial reuse with attribution, but external publications and archival material remain subject to their separate rights. Linked documents are not republished in this download.
