DISPUTED CONNECTIONS / RESEARCH DOSSIER
Disputed Connections.
The disagreement is part of the record.
Uncertain edges need labels, competing evidence and a documented reason for their status.
Three separate decisions
A claim may be supported, disputed or awaiting review. “Disputed” does not automatically mean false; it means there is a material conflict in credible evidence.
Display the strongest alternatives
When accounts compete, each deserves its most relevant sources and clear boundaries. Reproducing one side’s weakest argument would make the comparison misleading.
Keep changes attributable
If a relationship is downgraded or removed, the revision log must record the prior claim ID, the replacement assessment, and the source that changed the editorial conclusion.
CONTRIBUTE A DOCUMENTED FINDING
Challenge a graph edge by ID with counterevidence and an explanation of the conflict.
